e-Billing
e-Billing is a fast, easy way for you to pay your monthly electric bill. Through this program, you will receive an email stating your bill is available online. You can access your account information by clicking a link in the email notification or by visiting TEC's website, which takes you to a secure site. By submitting your email address and password, you can view current and historical billing information, payment history, and usage history graphs, all of which will be viewed in real-time.
You can choose which payment option best suits you and your lifestyle. Payments can be withdrawn from a checking account, savings account or charged to a VISA or MasterCard.
When you sign up for E-Billing you will not receive a paper bill in the mail, which saves your cooperative postage and processing costs. If after using e-Billing, you feel you would still like to receive a paper version for your records in addition to the e-mail notification, you may contact our office and we will change your account to include both.
