E-Billing

E-Billing is a fast, easy way for you to pay your monthly electric bill. Through this program, you will receive an e-mail stating your bill is available online. You can access your account information by clicking a link in the email notification or by visiting TEC's website, which takes you to a secure site. By submitting your e-mail address and password, you can view current and historical billing information, payment history, and usage history graphs all of which will be viewed in real-time. Meter readings can also be entered at this site.

You can choose which payment option best suits you and your lifestyle. Payments can be withdrawn from a checking account, savings account or charged to a VISA or MasterCard . When participating in either payment option, the only information you need to send TEC on a monthly basis is your meter reading, which can be done online the E-billing site.

When you sign up for E-Billing you will not receive a paper bill in the mail, which saves your cooperative postage and processing costs. If after using E-billing, you feel you would still like to receive a paper version for your records in addition to the e-mail notification, you may contact our office and we will change your account to include both.
