E-Billing Features
The information below gives you an idea of how the E-Billing website looks and the features it has to ensure you have an easy and convenient way to review and pay your electric bill. Scroll down and see for yourself.
Account List. The account list pictured below shows all the accounts under your member
number. With each account you have the ability to see
bill detail, payment history and billing history.

Automatic Bank Draft and Recurring Credit Card Payment Plans. If you participate in Automatic Bank Draft or Recurring
Credit Card Payment, the payment will automatically
be deducted from checking account or credit card as noted
on the Account List page. Do not click Pay for these accounts
on automatic payment programs. Only enter your meter reading on the 1st of the month.

Paying By Check. Click Pay. This takes you to the Select
Payment Method screen. Determine how you want to make a payment on your account.
Click the Pay $xxx.xx By Check link to pay with a check. The Check Payment screen will display.
Enter the financial institution, routing number, checking
account number and click Submit. Note: An image on this screen indicates the location of your
routing and checking account numbers on your check.
Paying By Credit/Debit Card. Click Pay. This takes you to the Select
Payment Method screen. Determine how you want to make a payment on your account.
Click the Pay $xxx.xx By Credit/Debit Card link to pay with a credit
card or a debit card. The Credit/Debit Card Payment
screen will display. All of your account information will
automatically populate, except for the credit card number
and expiration date. Enter the credit card number and expiration
date and click Submit. Note: Make sure you review all of the pre-populated information
for accuracy.

View Paper Bill Image. This screen shows an itemized list of the bill,
including voluntary account options such as Evergreen and Operation Round
Up.

Graphs. For each account, several graphs are
available for viewing, such as monthly cost, average cost,
monthly usage and average usage.
