Account Information

TEC understands that you are busy. That is why we offer several payment and account options to make both receiving and paying your electric bill more convenient. You have the option of sending us your payment traditionally through the mail or by stopping by our office. We also have a secure drop box so you can stop by after hours to drop off your payment. We also offer automatic bank drafting and payment by credit card. Other convenient services include levelized budget billing and E-billing.

Basic billing information

• Bills arrive in the mail by the 1st of the month
• Read your meter(s) on the 1st of every month
• Payment is due the 11th of every month. (Unless the 11th falls on a weekend or holiday, in which the due date would be the next business day.)
